Manage Stress by Applying Emotional Intelligence

At the end of this session, you will recognise that stress causes damage and how you can learn to manage your stressors in a positive manner.
During this session, you will:
- Understand what causes your stress
- Explain the difference between negative stressors and positive stressors
- Review the various coping mechanisms to help manage positive stress and overcome negative stress
