Aspiration Training is a newly developed division of Aspiration Software which has been in business since 1999. Over the years we have provided consulting and software, together with training, to some of South Africa’s best known companies.
Our Training division provides a host of management and development skills training across all industries, using skilled and experienced facilitators. These programmes are provided across a variety of training platforms, namely: Virtual online classrooms, e-learning and formal in-house or public programmes.

Meet our Trainers
With over 20 years’ experience in the training industry, Reneé is passionate about and has concentrated on the development of people. Her major focus is on soft skill development – working with people to enhance their communication skills, improve their behaviour and develop relationships within their working environment. She has successfully completed the Training and Development Management course and the Corporate Coaching course through GetSmarter (a division of UCT), as well as the international Professional writing course with.She is accredited with the Services Seta as a qualified facilitator, assessor and moderator. Having been born and lived in South Africa her whole life, she recognises the challenges that so many of us face when it comes to qualifications and therefore she is dedicated to helping people to upskill themselves through the valuable SAQA Accredited courses on offer in South Africa.Since leaving the corporate world, she has dedicated her time to work with companies and teams in order to build their soft skills and knowledge so that they can become environments where teams work together to reach their collective goals, and ultimately see the results that they work so hard to achieve. Reneé contracts to a number of reputable training companies as a facilitator, assessor and moderator, and she works independently as a business coach with junior leaders.
Brian Fenton has more than 30 years’ experience in Human Resources. He has worked in a corporate environment with SAB Miller and has consulted to some of the top companies in Africa. He started Aspiration Software in 1999 and has developed a fully integrated Talent Management system focusing on Performance Management, Capability, Succession Planning and Training. The software supports a unique capability building process that has been successfully deployed across Africa and with well-known South African Organisations such as ABInBev, Engen and Distell. He has written a many articles for HR journals and is a past winner of the People Dynamics HRD article of the year award. Brian specialises in Training Programmes in capability development, performance management and succession planning that support the Aspiration talent software modules.
